Shadow work is important to your health and the measure of your vibration. Negative experiences happen and we don’t have to live with them foever. In fact, we should NOT live with them or complain about them. Find what you learned from a bad experience and turn it into a positive.

Do you smile everyday? If not, find at least one thing to smile about everyday. Make it a habit, then increase your smiles per day.
